The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Mondays and Sundays. Tuesday and Friday hours run 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. In-person bookings can be paid through Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Balayage needs a $50 deposit to book.
