Programs include a 1,500-hour cosmetology course covering hair, skin and nails, a 600-hour nail technician course, a 600-hour esthetician course covering skin care, hair removal, makeup, massage and spa treatments, and a 1,200-hour barbering course that prepares students for the Arizona State Board of Barbering exam. A 350-hour instructor training course is open to licensed cosmetologists who want to teach in the classroom. Cosmetology and nail technician courses are taught in Spanish and English, barbering and esthetics in English and Spanish, and instructor training in English. Morning and afternoon class schedules are offered.

Clients book by calling the campus, and appointments are first come, first served. Services are carried out by students under supervision, and every service begins with a consultation with a licensed instructor. Services are paid for in cash.

Cosmetology and nail technician programs are the two that receive federal Title IV funds at both campuses, and the school accepts Pell Grants and other federal loans. Applicants need to be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents with a high school diploma or GED. Students who are not eligible for federal aid, or who choose not to apply, can use the school's payment plans. The school also states it is the only Arizona institution offering FAFSA help for English and Spanish-speaking beauty students.

Job placement help is free for graduates but is not a guarantee of work. It includes a list of openings for licensed professionals and monitoring of graduates' employment for 90 days. The school notes that placement may be limited for people with a criminal record, and graduates must have legal work status in the United States.

The school's focus is on preparing students for state licensing and working in the field, with training delivered by licensed instructors who also receive ongoing education.
