Lash fills take 90 minutes to 2 hours, with 15 extra minutes for consultation and preparation, and lash lifts and combos run longer. Allow 2 to 3 hours for an appointment. There is no waiting room, so clients should have a ride arranged for afterward. Guests remove their shoes on entry, and clients who want a quiet visit can add a silent appointment note when booking or use their own AirPods.

Permanent jewelry is welded on the spot, so the finished piece needs no clasp. The welder only sparks on metal, so skin contact at the weld point does not spark. Pieces can be snipped off with scissors or nail clippers and re-welded later if they were removed properly. Chains come in 925 sterling silver, gold filled and solid 14K gold filled. Private parties need at least five people and a non-refundable $75 retainer that covers travel and setup.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file. Cancellations and reschedules need 72 hours' notice, and late changes are charged 50 percent of the service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for lateness, and appointments are not accepted after 20 minutes. Cash is preferred for the balance, while paying through Square adds a 4 percent fee. Deposits, services and products are not refundable.
