Visits are by appointment. Clients can wait in a relaxation room before a session, and aromatherapy can be added to massage. Both male and female therapists work there, and clients can ask for a particular therapist when they book. Clients are asked to mention any medical condition when booking, and to mention contact lenses or makeup before a facial. Men should shave at least two hours before a facial.

The massage menu runs from full-body Swedish sessions and stretching-based Thai yoga to deep-tissue, sport, hot stone, prenatal and postnatal work, reflexology, and a custom Fusion session that blends techniques. A cupping add-on is available. The facial menu includes CBD, vitamin C, oxygen, microdermabrasion and nano infusion options, a custom mask and a custom peel, plus a facial designed for men.

Laser treatments use an Aerolase Neo Elite device with NeoSkin and NeoClear treatments, offered for concerns including acne, rosacea, melasma, sun spots, spider veins, nail fungus and skin rejuvenation. Laser hair removal is done in a series spaced three to four weeks apart. Prices are listed per treatment, and laser packages are sold as a buy six, get two free arrangement.

Payment is accepted by AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal, and a payment plan can be arranged on request. Gift certificates can be bought online or by phone and are used for spa services only. Packages and Saturday appointments are non-refundable. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment carries a $30 fee plus 40% of the service price. Clients should call ahead to reschedule or if they will be late, since late arrivals receive only the time left in the appointment. Cell phones must be switched off and are not allowed in treatment rooms. Listed hours run Monday through Saturday and may change with scheduling.
