Shape Confidence is presented by the studio as contour care, not a weight-loss treatment. After the target area is assessed, a diode laser warms the fat on the abdomen, flanks, back or thighs. Tone takes a different approach, using FlexMAX electrical stimulation on selected healthy muscle groups. Smooth + Firm works on skin appearance and circulation with the MP² applicator, including on the arms. Active Life Recovery addresses minor muscle soreness, cramping and the strain of everyday activity, and red or near-infrared light can be added at the end as an option. Clients recovering from surgery or injury have their clinical readiness evaluated before any session.

On the face and skin side, Firm + Renew uses DiamondPolar radiofrequency for facial lines after a skin assessment, and NanoFractional resurfacing works on texture across the face, neck or both. The medical director is Dr. Seema Faiyaz, M.D., FACOG, a board-certified OB-GYN who is trained in cosmetic surgery.

A first visit begins with the Start With You form, a short online form covering goals, schedule and preferred next step. It does not ask about medical history. A complimentary 15-minute Confidence Consultation is arranged around the client's schedule, and clients do not need to pick a service beforehand. The consultation compares suitable options and agrees on expectations, and each agreed plan is recorded in a signed treatment plan. Inquiries can be made by phone, text, Instagram or Facebook message, or by email.

Combined plans join more than one treatment only when each step addresses a distinct assessed goal, and the areas, order, timing, price and milestones are agreed before starting. Membership offers care credit across body, face and skin, or recovery and wellness pathways, and member-only enhancements are available. Groups and families can book together, with individual appointments arranged for each person. Affirm and Klarna are accepted for treatments and combined plans, and the listed price does not change by payment method.

The studio frames body confidence as looking good on the client, with care that follows the client's own terms and begins with how the client feels.
