The menu centers on weaves. Cap weaves are custom-installed onto a cap and braided underneath, and can be done on naturally long hair or on short shaved hair. Sew-in options include full, partial, lace frontal and lace closure weaves, as well as a braidless sewn weave and a version braided between natural hair. Tracks sewn between natural hair last about 6 to 8 weeks and add fullness or length, while hair sewn onto a net lasts up to 3 to 4 months with regular maintenance. Micro links, track extensions, clip-on pieces and tape-ins are also offered.

Visits are by appointment, Monday through Sunday. Extension services require a 50 dollar deposit, which goes toward the balance. For sew-in installs, hair should be pre-shampooed, clean and free of oils; otherwise a 25 dollar shampoo charge applies. Consultations can be done by FaceTime, and the 50 dollar consultation fee is applied to the extension service. Custom units are sewn on a machine and need a head size fitting. The salon offers low monthly payment plans, and clients are asked to call for details.

Beyond extensions, the salon does haircuts and styles for women and children, updos and formal extensions, and hair color, including flat iron work with semi-temporary or permanent color. It sells Louchii hair bundles in straight, body wave, natural curly and curly textures, in lengths from 12 to 30 inches, and carries Indian virgin Remy hair. Custom wigs, hair pieces and lace units are also made to order. The salon says it aims for every client to feel comfortable and welcome from arrival to departure.
