The business sells its own professional lash supply line, which it describes as designed by a lash artist for other lash artists. Offerings include lash trays and liquids in Matte and Mocha collections, Cielo color lashes, cleansers, removers, primers and several adhesives. Fill appointments follow refill windows of 2, 3, or 4 to 5 weeks depending on the style. If fewer than 20% of the extensions remain at a fill, the visit is treated as a new set. Orders from the supply line are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and that window does not include shipping time. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the order number and clear photos.
