Waxing is the core of the business and covers women and men across the face, midsection, arms, legs, feet, bikini and Brazilian areas, and the buttocks. Clients choose how much or how little hair to remove, and the salon gives pre- and post-waxing skincare advice, including tips to help prevent ingrown hairs. Clients are asked to stop shaving about two weeks before a first waxing and to avoid retinol a few days before body waxing, and to avoid tanning the waxed area a few days before and after.

Skincare is provided by licensed estheticians, who analyze the skin before choosing a facial, so each treatment is personalized to the client's skin type and needs. The menu includes a classic European facial, a 30-minute express version, a GLO2 facial using OxyPods and Primer Gel, and an H2O Red Carpet facial that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection. Maintenance versions of several facials are available, along with a holistic facial at Summerlin focused on relaxation as well as skin care, and back facials. Add-ons for hydradermabrasion, microdermabrasion, chemical peel and high frequency are each listed at $25. Beyond facials, the salon offers dermaplaning, single chemical peels using glycolic, salicylic, lactic or TCA options, mini and full peel bundles that include take-home glycolic and retinol pads, intimate area lightening, the SOS Vagenie after Brazilian treatment, and a Thermoclear radio frequency treatment for concerns such as sun or age spots, cherry angiomas, spider capillaries, milia, acne and keratosis. Thermoclear is listed per 15-minute unit, and the consultation is listed at no charge. An infrared body wrap is offered at Blue Diamond and other locations.

Other services include LED teeth whitening, a four-session whitening bundle with one session free, keratin-based eyebrow lamination for clients with thin or unruly brow hair, and brow, lash and combined tints that give temporary darkening as an alternative to penciled brows. Packages are discounted and cannot be combined with other discounts. They include The Man Package, pool-ready packages for women and men, and Ooh and Ahh packages that pair a Brazilian wax with a 60-minute class European facial. Maintenance pricing on repeat waxes and some facials, dermaplaning and Vagenie treatments applies only when the next visit is booked on the same calendar day the following month, or, for some facials, within one calendar day of the previous appointment. Otherwise the full-service price applies.

Waxing and skincare are offered with a consultation first, and facials follow a skin analysis by a licensed esthetician. Clients choose the amount of hair removed, and pre- and post-treatment advice is given.
