Lash work covers full sets in classic, hybrid, fairy, wet, volume and mega volume styles, with classic full sets from $140 and mega volume from $170. Fills are typically needed every two to three weeks, and mini classic fills start at $45 for touch-ups. A fill requires at least 40 percent of existing lashes to remain, otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Clients returning after more than three weeks pay extended fill prices. Foreign fills, for clients coming from another salon, are accepted at the owner's discretion, and removal may be recommended depending on the natural lashes and extensions. Removal is $20 for XO clients and $45 for others.

Skincare includes a custom facial for $70 and 45 minutes, tailored to skin type with cleansing, treatment, massage and a mask. The dermaplane facial for $85 and 60 minutes removes the top layer of skin and peach fuzz with a medical-grade scalpel, and the business recommends it every four weeks. Dermaplane-only and enzyme peel add-ons are also offered. Waxing covers eyebrow wax for $18 and underarm wax for $28, and new clients booking an eyebrow wax pay a $10 deposit.

The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Monday and Sunday. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged 50 percent, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service. Late arrivals receive only the remaining appointment time and may be cancelled with a 50 percent charge if very late. Refunds are not offered for services rendered, so issues should be reported within 48 hours, and refunds are not offered for lash adhesive reactions, which the business describes as rare. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift card sales are final.
