Every visit can begin with a free one-on-one consultation of about 10 minutes, where the look wanted, lash goals and service options are discussed. Extension styles include classic sets for clients with a good number of natural lashes and few gaps, a natural to medium effect; wet sets for a wispy, mascara-like finish; hybrid sets that mix volume and classic techniques for texture and length; and volume sets that use fans of lashes for extra fullness and curl.

Fills are booked at two or three weeks and need at least half of the extensions still in place. Anything past 21 days must be rebooked as a full set. Between fills, touch-ups are available. Clients coming in with lashes applied elsewhere book a New Client Fill, which starts at $110 and runs 90 minutes or more; a removal may be needed if the existing work is not compatible or has not held well.

Booking policies: new clients put a valid card on file, and a non-refundable deposit secures the appointment, with the balance due on the day. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for full sets, and later changes are charged in full. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Before- and after-hours appointments are available for an added $40. Payment is by cash or card, and card payments carry sales tax. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and are final sale.
