It is set up as a calm, relaxing room with a soft, upscale feel. Lash services range from Mini Sets for a light, natural enhancement to Hybrid Sets that mix classic and volume lashes and Custom Full Sets shaped to the client's chosen density, length and overall look. Refills keep an existing set looking fresh, and Korean and Keratin lash lifts reshape and curl natural lashes, with an optional tint. Brow services include lamination, which can be paired with a long-lasting hybrid dye, and shaping, where each brow is mapped and measured before being shaped with wax.

Content model services are discounted for clients who agree to having their photos and videos posted online. Model appointments ask for arriving well-groomed with hair styled and wearing a solid black or white top, and the discounted pricing may be forfeited otherwise. Brow lamination and lash lifts should not be repeated sooner than eight weeks, and makeup should be avoided on the brows for 24 hours after lamination.

Booking requires a credit card or deposit, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice; cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the service amount, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time. Guests and children are not permitted, and clients are advised to arrive with clean, dry hair unless the booking includes a wash or blowout. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9 am to 6 pm, Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday 9 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 3 pm.
