The Busy Baddie membership, at $15, gives 10% off event tickets and products for events held about once a month. The Ultimate Baddie membership combines the blowout and event benefits for $95. A free consultation of 5 to 15 minutes is available for those deciding on a service.

Booking is handled by phone or text at 469-309-0399, and text is the preferred route. New clients fill out a new client form before booking and can expect a reply within 24 to 48 hours. A deposit is taken at booking and applies toward the service on the day; it can be refunded until 48 hours before the appointment. Mobile travel fees are free under 10 miles, $25 under 25 miles, and $25 plus $1 per mile beyond 25 miles, and are due at booking along with the deposit. Inspiration photos can be emailed in advance. Products can be bought online, including gift cards in custom amounts, and orders ship by USPS Priority Mail or can be picked up in the salon at no cost if requested before an appointment. All sales are final. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Thursday and Friday.
