Clients book through the website. Most services require a deposit that goes toward the full service cost and is nonrefundable. New color clients are asked to email a brief summary of their hair color history before booking, and new haircut clients book the New Client Classic Haircut through the services page and share reference pictures before the appointment. Some services, such as custom color, custom blonding, and color correction, need a conversation with the stylist before booking so pricing can be set for the hair.

Appointments are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 8 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours are charged half the service cost, and cancellations under 24 hours or no-call, no-shows are charged the full service fee. Late clients have a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be cancelled if the client has not made contact. Questions can be sent through the website contact page or by email.
