Brow services form a large part of the menu. Microblading applies semi-permanent pigment to fill and define brows and is offered for clients who have never had permanent makeup on their brows; clients previously tattooed by another artist need to send photos before booking. Microblading correction is available for brows previously done elsewhere that did not turn out as the client hoped, and the studio also offers ombre powder brows and a combined microblading and shading service. A free microblading consultation is available.

Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and wet set extensions, offered as full sets, refills, and weekly or three-week fills. Clients who are traveling or attending an event can book weekly fills. Foreign fills are booked for clients who did not have their extensions done at XO. Lash lifts, lash tints, lower lash tint and extension removal are also offered, and lash consultations are free.

Threading and waxing cover the face, body and bikini areas, and sugaring is offered for underarm, bikini, full bikini and Brazilian areas. Threading removes hair at the root without chemicals or heat. Brow lamination uses a laminating solution, a neutralizing solution, an optional tint and a nourishing serum, and the studio says results usually last four to six weeks.

Booking is handled through the studio's contact channels, and requests are answered within six hours. Microblading requires a $50 non-refundable prepayment, and appointment changes need 48 hours notice, with later cancellations forfeiting the deposit and being charged 20% of the appointment. No-shows forfeit the deposit and are charged 50% of the appointment. Payment plans are available and Afterpay is accepted.
