The studio's stated mission is to enhance the beauty of women and men and help them feel more confident. Services include nano brows and nano combo brows, lip blush for virgin lips, and color correction for brows with an older tattoo or microblading that has faded at least 80%. Saline tattoo removal, fine line tattoos and scalp micropigmentation for hairline touch-ups are also listed.

Before booking, clients review a health eligibility list, and those who are not eligible may be refused service. Clients who already have permanent makeup on their brows are asked to send a clear photo taken without makeup before booking. Saline tattoo removal also requires a clear photo for consideration first.

Booking requires a $100 non-refundable deposit, and the balance is paid on the day of service by cash, Venmo or Zelle. Cancellations or changes need 72 hours' notice, and later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Arriving 15 or more minutes late results in the appointment being cancelled. Touch-ups are for existing clients only and are booked by email, text or direct message, and they are not included in the first session.

The studio also runs a brow permanent makeup training course, with options to learn one technique (ombre or microblading) or all three (ombre, microblading and combination). Classes are kept small, with one or two students each, and need no prior experience. The course covers brow mapping, color theory and correction, sanitation and safety, business basics and a supplier list, and includes a supervised live model session, a one-day shadowing opportunity and a certificate of completion. Students receive a kit with a wireless machine and supplies for practice and their first 10 clients, and bed rental is available for course students.

The studio describes its work as aiming to help clients feel more confident, with the aim of making brows look enhanced for women and men alike.
