The brow menu includes Ombre Powder, a soft powdered effect customized with the client in color and shape before the procedure begins, taking about 2.5 to 3 hours for $675. Nano Combination Brows blend powdered color with hair strokes, feathering the inner brow with strokes and powdering the tails, for $750 and at least 3 hours. The first brow appointment runs about 2 to 3 hours, followed by roughly 1 to 2 weeks of healing. According to the salon, a single Ombre Powder session lasts on average 2 to 3 years, and results vary by person.

Eyeliner comes in three styles: Natural Lashline Enhancement with no wing at $399, Classic Eyeliner with Wing at $500, and Soft Shaded Shadow Effect Eyeliner at $575. Lip Blush is a semi-permanent tattoo that adds color and the look of fullness, starting at $550 with a minimum of 2 hours. Color correction and coverup work on earlier permanent makeup is offered and takes about 3 hours. Work done by another artist is handled as an initial appointment, and a photo must be emailed before booking.

Appointments are booked online through the Brow Avenue booking page. A deposit of $100 is required for every appointment, including touch-ups, and it is non-refundable. It can be moved once to a rescheduled appointment with at least 72 hours notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation, and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Full payment is due the day of the appointment by cash or credit card, with a 3% fee on cards; PayPal and Venmo are accepted for deposits. Services are not offered to anyone under 18, and clients are screened against a health clearance list. Aftercare includes applying A&D ointment sparingly with a clean cotton swab after 5 to 7 days, keeping water, lotion, soap and makeup off the brow for the first 9 days, and avoiding sweating, swimming, saunas, sun tanning and certain skin treatments for 14 days.

The studio describes its permanent makeup as designed to complement facial structure, personal style and natural features. It does not guarantee the same result for every client.
