Brow services start with a consultation and shaping. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment for natural-looking brows that the studio says lasts about six to eight weeks, depending on hair growth and aftercare. Maintenance versions of lamination are priced lower and bundle a hydrating mask, shaping, waxing, tweezing and styling, with the second maintenance level adding hybrid tint.

Lash services include a tint and two lash lift methods, a keratin lift and a Korean lift, each available with or without a tint. Clients are asked to arrive with lashes clean and free of makeup or mascara before a lift. Waxing covers small areas such as the lip, chin, nose and sideburns, as well as larger areas including the underarms, shoulders, arms and a full-face package.

Scheduling and payment have a few specific rules. New clients, bookings of an hour or longer, and clients who have often cancelled or rescheduled may be asked for a deposit. Cancellations and changes need to be made through the online links at least 24 hours ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Children are not allowed in the treatment area, and extra guests wait in the front lobby.

The studio focuses on brow and lash shaping and tinting, combining hair removal, tinting and lamination so the brow or lash result is planned around the client's own hair.
