Add-on treatments include a deep conditioning, a protein treatment, a steam treatment, a basic shampoo and blow dry, and a loc detox with deep cleanse. Crochet styles are offered with either the client's own hair or human hair, and loc services cover re-twists, starter locs and re-twist with styling. Natural hair services include braid downs, blow outs, flat twists, two strand twists and updos.
New clients begin with a phone consultation, which is held for new clients only. Before the call, the client sends a photo of their hair, and the stylist then phones to talk through goals and the style they want before booking. Hair needs to be at least 4 inches long for a consultation. Services can be booked online, and the business is open Monday through Friday, closed on weekends.
