Booking is done online through the salon's own booking site, with no app or login needed, and a waitlist is available when a preferred time is taken. Consultations can be done in person or virtually. A virtual consultation suits cornrows, locs, extensions and other non-chemical services, but it cannot fully assess hair integrity, so an in-person visit is needed for that. Clients are asked to arrive with hair in its natural state unless told otherwise, and to complete a service waiver before the appointment if they have not already. Relaxer clients should avoid shampooing, conditioning, oiling or manipulating the hair and scalp for 48 hours beforehand. Confirmations and reminders go out by text and email 72 hours and 24 hours before the appointment.

Hours are Monday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 5 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 5 AM to 2 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday according to its booking site. Some services require a non-refundable deposit at booking, which can be transferred once with at least 12 hours notice. Cancellations and reschedules need 12 hours notice, and shorter notice may incur a 30% fee at the provider's discretion. A $15 time management fee applies to late arrivals unless at least 15 minutes notice of running late is given. Refunds are not issued.

Braid length add-ons are priced by length: mid-back at no added cost, waist length for $50, hip or butt length for $65, and thigh or extra length for $80. Platinum Lather and Style is a heat-activated smoothing treatment starting at $175 that takes about 3 hours. Smoothing benefits can last approximately 8 to 12 weeks with proper maintenance, depending on hair and aftercare, and the treatment requires a professional consultation with results that vary.
