WOW Salons is in Simpsonville and takes bookings through GlossGenius. It is open Monday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to call the salon at (864) 270-7094 as soon as possible so it can reschedule.

Cutting services range from a clipper cut for short women's styles, typically pixie length and including a wash and style, to dry haircuts, shampoo, cut and blow outs, and children's cuts for ages 10 and under. Color work includes base touch-ups for root regrowth or gray coverage, all-over color, glosses with a custom toner, partial and full highlights, and a base color add-on that can be paired with highlight appointments. Corrective color for patchy tone or old box dye is priced by how extensive the work is and requires a prior consultation. A 15-minute consultation is free.

Treatments include a Brazilian blow out smoothing service for frizz, which the salon says lasts up to 12 weeks and can be customized, along with Rewind anti-aging repair, split end, molecule and volumizing add-ons, and a deep conditioning service for overprocessed or damaged hair. Perms add waves or curls to hair that has not been chemically processed, and updos are available for formal events after a brief consultation.

Extension services are for clients who want added length or fullness. New clients adding length or fullness must book a free 30-minute extension consultation, where hair is measured and color matched and the order is placed once full payment is made. Tape-in installs, tape-in removals and hand-tied installs are offered to current clients.
