The spa is in Mockingbird Station at 5331 East Mockingbird Lane, Suite 172. Guests are given spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages, and can rest in a Quiet Room between services, where teas, mimosas and wine are offered. Signature reflexology sandals and aromatherapy experiences are part of the visit. Guests are asked to arrive 20 minutes early, and new guests should allow 30 minutes to complete a guest profile; late arrivals do not extend the service time. Only guests receiving services may come along, and guests of all ages are welcome, with a parental release required for some services.

Facials are performed by estheticians, who use natural ingredients and advanced skin-care techniques. The range starts with a 25-minute Hydrafacial Express at $175 and includes the Hydrafacial, VENN and microcurrent options, as well as facials addressing sun damage, rough texture and tired-looking skin. There is also a facial designed for men. Some facials use a microcurrent device, collagen booster therapy or Vitamin C treatment, and the HydraScalp With Keravive treatment comes with a 30-day home care kit.

Massage types include stone, Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal and couples massage, along with Himalayan hot stone therapy and an Ayurvedic-inspired Shirodhara scalp massage. Reflexology, deep tissue, CBD, Gua Sha and cupping can be added to massage. Body treatments include skin-smoothing polishes, hydrating mineral wraps and dry brushing. Nail and waxing services are offered at select locations, so availability should be confirmed before booking. Waxing guests should avoid sun and heat treatments for two hours before and twelve hours after, and the spa does not wax clients who use Retin-A or Accutane.

Services are booked by contacting the spa directly, and group events such as birthdays, bachelorette parties and shared relaxation days can be arranged the same way. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for packages and treatments lasting more than two hours. Short notice or a no-show may be charged up to the full value of the services. A credit card is required to reserve appointments, including those paid with gift cards.
