The spa is onsite at the hotel, which has 204 guestrooms and suites and sits across from Southern Methodist University. Its menu covers customized facials, therapeutic massages, signature body treatments, and pedicures and manicures, and the spa describes that menu as extensive. Spa rooms can be upgraded to include a deep soaking tub.

Recovery Room is a separate wellness menu aimed at physical and mental well-being. Its therapies are offered for muscle soreness, an energy lift, and skin treatments, and the spa calls them state-of-the-art.

Guests can book single treatments or sign up for a membership lasting 3, 6 or 12 months, priced at $425, $825 or $1,500. Each month, members pick one service: a 50-minute massage, a facial, or a classic manicure and pedicure. Perks include use of the spa, access to the pool and hot tub, fitness center access, reduced rates on treatments and meals, valet parking, and one complimentary sparkling wine. Bridal parties can have packages tailored to the bride and her bridesmaids. The bride receives 20% off all spa therapies and other party members receive 10% off, and pre-wedding events are arranged by email.

Plan ahead for visits: guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes early, since late arrivals get a shorter treatment at the full price. A 23% service charge applies to all services, with additional gratuity optional. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full, and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid fees.
