Foil services include a custom consultation, a bond builder, a personalized gloss or toner, and a blow-dry. The signature haircut can be added to any color service. Separate options include a custom toner with blow-dry, a haircut, keratin treatments, and hair extensions. Keratin pricing depends on how much product is used, the density of the hair and its length. Extension services are priced after a consultation with Tammy.

Additional guests are not allowed without their own appointment, and pets are welcome. Clients who are not happy with a color or cut can call within 48 hours, and up to 7 days after the service, to book a complimentary color adjustment.

Booking comes with clear policies. A credit card must be kept on file, and changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice. Shorter-notice cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost, same-day cancellations 100%, and no-shows 100%. Clients get a confirmation text 24 hours ahead and must reply to keep the appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit the appointment and incur a charge. Refunds are not offered on services. Damage caused by hair history not shared at the consultation is not the salon's responsibility.

Color and cut are planned around each client through a consultation, with prices and timing matched to the work involved.
