Extensions come in three styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash. Volume uses a handmade fan of 3D to 5D lashes on a single natural lash. Hybrid combines equal parts classic and volume. The extensions are described as feathery soft and made from high quality materials, and the adhesive is non-toxic and formaldehyde free. Full classic sets are listed at $175, hybrid at $225 and volume at $275.

Natural lashes shed about 20% on average through their normal cycle and daily wear, so fills are recommended every two to three weeks, or once about 40-50% of the extensions remain. A regular fill adds half a set, an extended fill covers roughly 75%, and a full set covers all natural lashes. Clients coming from another salon can book a fill from that salon as its own service.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive without mascara or eyeliner, avoid coffee for at least three hours, and consider a patch test 48 hours ahead if their eyes are sensitive. If eye makeup has to be removed on site, a $5 cleaning fee applies. After the appointment, extensions should stay dry for the first two hours and be kept away from spas, saunas and pools. Daily aftercare means washing lashes with an oil-free cleanser and using only oil-free mascara. Pets are welcome only in a carrier, not on the treatment table.

Clients can book online or text 310-295-8751; live phone support has been discontinued and email replies take 24-48 hours. Hours are 9am to 9pm every day. Metered parking on Westwood Blvd runs 10am to 7pm with a two-hour limit, and 90-minute garage parking is available at the 99Ranch grocery store with a small purchase. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment incur the full service charge, the card on file is not charged at booking, and the business does not offer refunds.
