The studio says its work is built on three principles: grace, precision and discretion. Each lash, brow and skincare choice is designed around the individual client rather than a fixed look. The studio's stated priorities are natural beauty, lash and brow health, comfort and honest recommendations, and it describes lash extensions as a mix of artistry and care, with healthy natural lashes as the foundation for results.

A first visit usually starts with a free consultation. New clients can book a free 10-minute consultation for lashes and or brows, and a free 15-minute skincare consultation covers hydration, texture and tone. The consultations are performed by licensed estheticians. The studio describes its experience as calm and private. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and a makeup-free face. Four parking spaces behind the building are reserved for clients, but street parking nearby is in high demand, so it helps to allow extra time. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, is closed on Mondays, and can offer after-hours appointments on request.

Lash extension clients are usually advised to book fills every two to three weeks, and one-week touch-ups are for existing Lashlette clients. Fills from other salons are assessed before any work begins, and the studio says lash lift reversal of over-processed lashes from other salons may be possible depending on their condition. Extensions are removed with a product that releases adhesive without pulling natural lashes. Brow and lash services are also paired with aftercare guidance, such as avoiding oil-based products and waterproof mascara near the lashes.

HydraFacial treatments are built on medical-grade protocols combined with SkinCeuticals protocols. The Custom HydraFacial uses organic oils and herbs, and the 90-minute version includes the neck and décolleté. Most facials of 60 to 90 minutes include complimentary lymphatic work, dermaplaning and LED light therapy. The studio recommends a Custom HydraFacial monthly, paired with a home routine. Other options include an Acne HydraFacial MD, a Brightening HydraFacial MD designed around dark spots and skin tone, a Teen HydraFacial for ages 10 to 17, and an Allastin Restorative HydraFacial MD. Brow services cover trims, waxing and tinting with fragrance-free wax and FDA-approved silver nitrate, brow lamination, and a combined lash and brow tint with wax. Powder Brows and Ombre Powder Brows are also offered, typically lasting 18 to 36 months, with many clients refreshing the color every 12 to 24 months.
