The services list includes brows, facials, skin treatments, peels, microneedling, waxing, memberships, packages and parties. Skin Classic spot treatments are non-laser and can be added to any facial. Most clients are in their 30s, 40s and 50s, and the business also serves Boomer clients. Facials for teens start at age 12, with a parent's consent and a parent present. Tables can be adjusted to a lower height, and a wedge is offered for clients who are more comfortable not reclining fully. Pregnancy-safe products and a pregnancy wedge can be arranged on request when clients message ahead.

Clients are asked to arrive without makeup. Retinols, Vitamin A and actives such as glycolic acid or benzoyl peroxide should be stopped 3 to 5 days before a service, and retinols and Vitamin A at least 3 days before facial waxing.

Free skin consultations last 30 minutes and cover skin type, tone and concerns; they can be done in person or virtually. Virtual consultations include skin care advice and product recommendations, and recommended products can be shipped. Virtual consultations need photos and a completed intake form one week ahead. Gift certificates can be bought through the website, starting at $25, and the Skin Perks loyalty program rewards bookings, referrals, retail spending, reviews and social posts. Bookings are made through a Glossgenius page.

Sessions are shaped around each client's skin, with education and recommendations for treatments, products and home care.
