Surgical care focuses on the face, breast and body. Face surgery covers facelift, mini facelift, brow lift, ponytail lift, eyelid surgery, earlobe repair, otoplasty (ear pinning) and fat transfer. The neck category includes neck contouring with liposuction, neck liposuction and submental liposuction. Breast surgery covers augmentation, lift, reduction, implant exchange, implant removal and fat transfer. Body surgery includes abdominoplasty in its mini, extended and revision forms, arm lift, body lift, liposuction, panniculectomy, thigh lift, labiaplasty and a Mommy Makeover, which combines several procedures into one surgery after pregnancy or natural aging. Plastic surgery after major weight loss is also offered.

Non-surgical options include injectable dermal fillers, which Dr. Boll injects in the office and which take under an hour; BOTOX Cosmetic; lymphatic massage and massage therapy, used for swelling, fluid retention and discomfort after surgery; and ThermiSmooth, ThermiVa and ThermiFit for body contouring and skin tightening. Semaglutide injections are offered for chronic weight loss management under the care of the board-certified plastic surgeon. A consultation includes blood work and a review of current medications, medical history and weight loss goals. The medication is injected once weekly into the abdomen, thigh or upper arm, and patients can learn to inject at home or have staff inject for an added fee. The practice describes its semaglutide treatment as FDA-approved. Tirzepatide is also offered. The Alma Harmony XL laser is used to remove hair or blemishes, rejuvenate skin and reduce signs of aging.

The skin care menu includes facial peels such as 6% Retinol, Micropeel, Vitalize, PCA Skin, Perfect Derma, Smoothing Body, ZO 3 Step, ZO Lunchtime and Essential Facial. Hydrafacial cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and hydrates the skin, and it can be customized for each patient. Microdermabrasion and Microderm Deluxe are also offered. Dermapen microneedling uses a hand-controlled device with small needles and can be paired with PRP for alopecia, stretch marks, scars, skin texture and pigmentation. A VIP Membership Program offers annual membership with package discounts on services and products, with packages listed at $99, $199 and $249 per month. Each package includes one Micropeel or Microderm Deluxe per month, a skin care gift on joining and a birthday gift. Membership is a 12-month minimum that renews unless canceled with 30 days' written notice, and changing tiers counts as a new sign-up. Members get priority appointments, and booking ahead is recommended.

Consultations with Dr. Boll run about an hour and focus on the procedure or procedures under discussion. A $100 consultation fee is due at booking and goes toward the surgery cost if surgery is booked. The fee cannot be refunded when an appointment is canceled without notice or missed. Payment is accepted by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. CareCredit is available only for cosmetic surgical procedures, with promotional financing of up to 24 months on eligible purchases of $200 or more, subject to credit approval. An in-house payment plan allows patients to pay toward the surgical fee in any amount until it is fully paid, at which point surgery can be scheduled. The practice puts weight on patient education, including a thorough appointment the day after surgery. Before and after photos illustrate that results differ from person to person, and some images may show models.
