Jenniece Jones owns the salon and works as its master stylist. The salon describes its stylists as skilled at precision cutting and detailed personalized haircuts, and says its color team keeps up its training to follow color trends. Each treatment is tailored to the individual client.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 3:30pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. For weaves and sew-ins, an initial consultation is recommended so the stylist can assess hair type. The salon suggests a weave blow dry about every two weeks and natural hair treatments every two to three weeks, with trims every six to eight weeks.
