The salon says it aims to be a warm and safe place for every client, whatever they are currently after with their hair. It takes on both major transformations and routine upkeep, so a visit can be a big change or a regular maintenance appointment.

Before booking a larger service, clients can take a free 15-minute consultation, either in person or virtually. Extensions have their own free 15-minute consultation, and extensions need to be purchased before the installation appointment is booked.

Booking policies: the salon is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM. A 50% cancellation fee applies, and clients who cannot attend are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled.

The salon aims to be a warm and safe place for every client, whatever their current hair needs, and handles both large transformations and routine maintenance.
