The studio's stated goal is a welcoming, judgment-free visit, with facials and services tailored to each client. Taylor describes the aim as building lasting relationships with clients and offering a relaxing, personal and safe experience.

The menu covers waxing from small areas such as the lip and chin to full legs and a full body service for adults, along with a range of facials. Nano infusion facials use tiny painless tips rather than needles, and lactic peel facials use lactic acid to exfoliate. Brow lamination is available with or without tint and includes a brow wax.

Spa parties are offered for children ages 6 to 12, teens ages 13 to 17 and adults 18 and up, and each guest takes home a kit or tray. Parties typically need booking six to eight weeks ahead, and weekend dates often fill eight to ten weeks out. A deposit of 50 percent is non-refundable and due two weeks before the event. Parties are offered within 45 minutes' drive one way of the Madison Avenue studio, with a $15 fee for each extra 10 minutes beyond that.

Online bookings require a 20 percent deposit, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes and no-shows are charged 75 percent of the service total to the card on file. Card payment is preferred. Clients who want to reach the studio should text rather than call. The studio is in Suite G at 8802 Madison Avenue; the building sign reads Splendor, and the suite is down the hall to the right.

Facials are customized to each client and their skin, with the goal of a welcoming, judgment-free visit.
