The Brazilian wax is the featured service and takes about 30 minutes. It removes hair from the front, back and in-between, and can be a full removal or a shaped result such as a landing strip or triangle. Afterward, calendula oil is applied, and clients leave with aftercare instructions and a small goodie bag.

Bestie Bundles let two people book as a pair and combine eligible services in any mix, with a discount on every appointment for both. Clients who want a lash lift can keep their contacts in; saline and a clean case are provided if they take them out.

Before a waxing visit, clients should not shave and should let hair grow about two to three weeks, to roughly the length of a grain of rice. Gentle exfoliation is fine up to 48 hours ahead but should be skipped on the day of the appointment. Clients may bring their own numbing product, though the studio is not responsible for any reaction to it. Waxing can cause temporary redness, irritation or sensitivity, and results depend on hair growth cycles and skin type.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge of the full service price. A late cancellation invoice is due right away and must be paid in full before the client can book again. A client with an unpaid balance after 48 hours cannot book with the studio until it is settled.

Waxing is paced for comfort, with breathing and break options during the appointment, and clients receive clear prep and aftercare guidance.
