Facials range from relaxation and rejuvenation to targeted therapeutic protocols for particular concerns. The signature WISH menu has three levels. WISH Treatment 1 runs 105 minutes for $180 and may include serum infusion, acoustical therapy or LED; the business labels it its most popular treatment. WISH Treatment 2 runs 90 minutes for $165 and may add nano-channeling, microcurrent, LED or acoustical therapy. WISH Treatment 3 runs 75 minutes for $145 and may include acoustical therapy. The WISH Sculpting Facial runs 105 minutes for $145, uses three advanced technologies to refine, tighten, lift and firm, and is recommended as a series of 10 to 15 weekly sessions. The Oncology Facial is a 45-minute, $100 treatment designed for clients undergoing cancer treatment.

Every service begins with an expert skin analysis and leads to an individualized skincare regimen, using Advanced Skincare Therapies and professional products. Facial products for home use are also sold. The business says it uses what it considers the latest and most effective modalities. Clients can book a WISH Skin Consultation, a 60-minute one-on-one coaching session, or a product shopping or pick-up appointment. Online booking is handled through its Glossgenius page. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours notice, and the cancellation fee is waived if the time slot is filled. Clients are asked to arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before their appointment. Facial treatments are not recommended for at least 14 days after injectables. Unused product can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase, and product less than 25% used can be refunded within the first 14 days. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.
