A first visit usually starts with a free 20-minute in-person consultation. Pigment is chosen on the client's own skin by swatching options, and a patch test can be requested when booking. Brow colors are kept soft and natural rather than dark or blocky. Brow healing typically takes about six weeks, with a touch-up session at week six. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before a permanent makeup appointment, and to avoid Botox or filler for two weeks before or after.

Payment plans are customized to each client: a deposit holds the appointment and the rest is split into smaller payments, so clients should contact the salon before booking to set one up.
