Nail work is the core of the menu. Every manicure includes a softening soak, trimming, shaping, a hand massage, a hot towel wrap and regular polish, and every pedicure includes a sani-smart soak, trimming, shaping, a hot towel wrap, a foot massage and regular polish. Natural products are used in manicures and pedicures. The Dazzle Dry polish is a non-toxic, vegan option that the salon says lasts about seven days without UV light or soaking off, and gel manicures carry a seven-day guarantee to repair chipped nails.

Beyond nails, the salon offers eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination, several facials including an acne treatment and a men's facial, massage, microdermabrasion (which the salon recommends as a series of six) and a full waxing menu. Combo specials pairing a manicure and pedicure, and spa packages, cannot be combined with other offers, and spa packages are paid in advance.

Groups of four or more need a 50% deposit on the stated services and carry a 20% service charge. Gift certificates can be bought for any service in any amount and are valid for one year.

Safety and sanitation are presented as the top priority: implements, equipment and electrical tools are cleaned and disinfected with approved processes before reuse, buffers and files are used once per client and then discarded, and pedicures are performed with liner protection.
