Every lash set starts from the Winx Set, offered in a light volume option (8-14mm) and a volume option (10-16mm). Wispy, color or bottom lashes can be added on top of a Winx Set. Named styles sit above that base: Winx Me Wispy is a wet and wispy set with a light mascara finish and a dark eyeliner effect and requires a $30 deposit, Little Miss Anime uses textured spikes and fullness for a dark, lifted, wispy look, and That Fairy is a mega volume set in the 12-20mm range.

Fill-ins are for returning clients who still have roughly 50 to 60 percent of their extensions intact. If less than half remain, a full set is needed instead. Lash removal starts at $15, and foreign removal requires a direct message before booking.

Hours vary by day, with most days running in the afternoon and the earliest openings on Fridays and Sundays. Appointments before 10 AM or after 6 PM carry a $25 squeeze-in fee and are limited by availability.

Rescheduling needs at least 72 hours notice. Changes made less than 72 hours before an appointment forfeit the 50% deposit, and same-day or last-minute cancellations carry a $30 fee. Gift cards come in $200, $250, $300 or $400 amounts or custom values and are final once sold.
