Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday and Friday 10am to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Sunday and Monday are by appointment only. Prices are listed as starting prices and may rise depending on the stylist, hair length, texture or any added services. Extensions, bridal up dos and color correction are priced after a consultation. All hair services and retail products are non-refundable.

Color is a large part of the menu, from single process color and full color to partial and full highlights, ombre or balayage, special effects, and toner, glaze or gloss. Styling covers cuts, wash and blowout, flatiron or curls, braiding, up dos and bridal up dos. Treatments include perms, body waves, ISO, conditioning and the Magic sleek treatment. The salon uses Keune products.

New clients receive 20% off their first visit. Clients who refer someone new get 20% off their next visit once the referred person leaves an email, and a 10% birthday offer is available once during the client's birthday month. Spending over $100 on retail products earns 10% off. Promotions are offered with selected stylists only and cannot be combined with other coupons or offers. Gift cards and gift certificates can be bought on the website.
