WINX works as a private studio, so each appointment is one-on-one and kept to the client alone. The room is relaxed, with natural daylight and a cozy feel. The studio says it is built around a no-pressure approach, where clients are not rushed and are not pushed into extra services.

The menu centers on lash extensions in four styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a clean, mascara-like result with custom length and definition, and they suit first-time clients. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume techniques, using single extensions alongside lightweight fans for a textured, slightly fuller look. Volume sets use handmade fans on each natural lash, and the fan size and lash count can be adjusted, from a light volume look up to a maximum-volume set.

Foreign Lash Fill is for clients whose extensions were applied by another lash artist or salon. The artist first assesses and cleans up the existing set, then replaces grown-out or sparse lashes. If the current set cannot be built on, the artist may recommend removing it and starting a fresh full set. Full sets usually take two to three hours depending on style, and fills take less time. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks for classic, hybrid and volume sets.

Clients are not obligated to share their results on social media. Those with sensitive eyes are asked to mention it when booking, and a patch test is one of the options. After an appointment, clients are advised to keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, to avoid oil-based products around the eyes, and to use only water-based mascara on the lash tips if they wear mascara.
