Visits are by appointment only. The studio is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online if made 24 hours or more ahead. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the booked service. A consultation is required before fills on lashes applied elsewhere, and a patch test is offered before eyelash extensions.

Extensions are offered in Classic, Angel/Wet, Mixed, and Volume or Mega Volume styles, with fills and full sets priced by style. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, once at least 40 to 50 percent of extensions remain, or 55 percent or more for Quick Volume and Mega Volume fills.

Winkz Lash Bar is the certified educator for Beautiful Brows and Lashes in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Courses include the Korean K-Bomb masterclass ($299, 3 hours, with a certificate of completion), and training covering the Bomb DUO and Brow Bomb lash lift masterclasses along with full certification in extension application, including Classic, Volume and Mega Volume.
