The facial menu runs from a 60-minute back facial to a 120-minute combined treatment. The acne program starts with a 30-minute consultation that does not include a facial and requires buying a new routine, or a 120-minute consultation with a first treatment for new clients joining the 90-day program, which requires home care products. Existing program clients book 60-minute treatments.

Brow lamination and lash lifts use a perm solution, and perming is not recommended for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Perming results build up with repeated treatments. Lash extension full sets range from $160 to $250 depending on the style, with touch-ups and fills priced separately.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM. Clients get a 7-minute grace period, and later arrivals may be rescheduled and charged the cancellation fee. First-time clients are asked to leave a card on file, which is charged only for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service price. Clients with signs of illness are asked to reschedule, and extra guests are asked to wait elsewhere. Harassment or harmful language or behavior may lead to being asked to leave.
