New clients often begin with the Welcome Consultation, a one-on-one session of at least 15 minutes starting at $50, and that fee is credited toward whatever service is booked. Skin Reset facials require a consultation before booking and a deposit from new clients. The Glow Up Program and Deluxe Virtual Skin Therapy are multi-week plans that start with a consultation and continue with follow-up sessions every two weeks. A 45-minute back treatment that includes cleansing, exfoliation, optional extractions and hydration is also offered.

On the lash side, the Stay Iconic refresh is recommended every two to three weeks to keep fullness and replace extensions that have grown out or shed. The Iconic Winkx full set uses one extension per natural lash and takes 150 minutes or more. Clients moving to a new Iconic Winkx set receive complimentary removal of their existing extensions, and foreign lash fills are not accepted.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and closed Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 90% of the fee. Rescheduling inside 72 hours costs $50, and no-shows are charged 90% of the intended service and barred from future bookings. Refunds are not given. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final.
