The menu has two options: Fluff, described as 3D lashes or layers, and No Fluff, described as natural or classic lashes.

Fluff and No Fluff are listed as mandatory add-ons on the booking page, so every appointment includes one of the two. Online scheduling is not available right now, so clients contact the studio directly to book.

Appointments are held with a deposit. The deposit counts toward the total and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made inside that window are treated as last-minute, which forfeits the deposit and charges the full balance, plus a $50 last-minute reschedule fee. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead through the confirmation email, and not after that.

Clients have a 15-minute grace period for lateness, and a $25 fee applies for arriving 15 minutes or more late. Missing an appointment without canceling counts as a no-show, and no-shows are not allowed. Phone use during services is limited to calls of up to 2 minutes; longer calls carry a $50 charge or may end the service, with exceptions for children, work, jail, or emergency contact. Extra guests are not permitted during appointments, and a $25 per-person fee applies to any guest not receiving services.
