The facial menu includes classic, deep cleansing microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Oxygeneo, radiofrequency skin tightening, MTX microneedling, a powerful oxygen treatment, and acne treatment, anti-aging, hydrating, express and custom signature options. The studio says facials are tailored to each client's skin needs and that it uses top-of-the-line products and techniques. Its home page also lists medical grade skincare among its services.

Permanent makeup covers nano brows, eyeliner tattoo, lip blush and 3D areola tattoo. The first touch-up is complimentary and is scheduled five to ten weeks after the first session. The studio notes that results are not guaranteed and vary by how each client heals. Waxing covers full body, bikini, Brazilian, arm, leg, and facial work on brows, lip and chin, and the studio says it focuses on minimizing discomfort and irritation.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Booking requires a $30 deposit, deducted from the final cost; it is non-refundable and can be moved once with 48 hours notice. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice by text. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling plus a late fee of $50 for permanent makeup or $20 for other appointments, and arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show charged the full service price. Permanent makeup cancellations carry an extra $50 charge. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay; personal checks and money orders are not accepted. NYC sales tax of 4.5% applies to services and 8.875% to products, and all services and products are final.

Lash extensions are meant to enhance the look while keeping natural lashes healthy, and facials are tailored to individual skin needs.
