The extension menu runs from a classic set, which places one extension on each natural lash for added length and definition without extra volume, to a mega volume set with 8 to 20 lightweight lashes per fan. Between them are YY sets, which bond four strands into a Y-shape for more fullness, and wet sets, which give a glossy, slightly clumped finish similar to freshly applied mascara. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume techniques, and wispy spikes can be added to any set. Colored extensions can be added in one spot or throughout a set, starting at $10, and clients are asked to contact the studio before the appointment to discuss color.
Fills are booked based on how recently the previous set was applied and how many extensions remain. Fill windows are one, two or three weeks, with a 3-day grace on each, and the minimum share of lashes left depends on the window. Foreign fills, for extensions the studio did not apply, are priced at $100 and need 40% to 50% of extensions remaining to count as a fill. The studio may refuse a foreign fill if lash integrity is at risk and may recommend removal instead. Fill packages cover three or six months, include priority booking and guaranteed fill slots, and apply automatically when the matching service is booked.
A first visit can start with a free 30-minute consultation or a free patch test for the eyes. Appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the full service, and fills require a $20 deposit. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the remaining balance. A 10-minute grace period follows the start time, after which a $15 late fee applies, and arriving 20 minutes late counts as a no-show. Payment is accepted by cash, card (with a 3.5% charge), Zelle, Venmo and Cash App, and buy now, pay later options through Klarna, Afterpay (7% fee) and Affirm are available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
The studio says it aims for a comfortable, relaxing appointment and for flawless, long-lasting lash results. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery, and gift card sales are final.
