Full sets come in four styles that build in density. Classic uses one extension per natural lash for an everyday, natural look. Hybrid mixes classic extensions with light fans for a softer, fluffier finish. Volume uses fans of three to six extensions for added fullness, and Mega Volume uses fans of six or more for the densest option, which the website describes as offering maximum fullness. Full sets take roughly two hours to two hours and forty minutes depending on the style.

Between full sets, fills replace extensions that have grown out and add lashes to sparse areas. Two-week fills must be booked within 14 days of the full set, and three-week fills within 21 days. A one-week touch-up is a shorter visit for refreshing the set; it must be booked within two to seven days and requires that at least 70 percent of the extensions are still in place. Lash removal is also offered for clients who are stopping extensions.
