Each appointment starts with a complimentary consultation of about five minutes. The lash technician looks at face shape, eye shape and the health of natural lashes before suggesting a style. Extension options range from a natural, mascara-like classic set to a more textured hybrid set and a strip-lash look in the volume and wispy volume sets. Full sets take about three hours.

Lash care services cover maintenance between sets. A lash fill, about 1 hour 40 minutes, removes outgrown extensions and replaces them on each natural lash, and it requires that about 40% of lashes remain intact. A lash bath cleanses extensions of oils, dust and makeup in around 30 minutes, and a full removal takes about 30 minutes. A small cleanser with a brush is also available for clients to clean their extensions at home. The owner has said she plans to add facials and waxing in the future.

The studio says it is set up to feel clean, safe and relaxing.
