Booking is handled online and by phone or text. A non-refundable deposit, paid by Zelle, secures the appointment, and deposit details arrive by email after booking, so a valid email address is needed. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours ahead, keeping the deposit, and can be transferred once within 45 days of the original date. Clients should call, text or message to reschedule rather than cancel. Services are offered to clients aged 15 and up, and extra guests are not allowed at appointments.
