Winged Out Beauty opened in 2020 under owner and artist Taylor Davis. The studio focuses on wedding makeup, event makeup and permanent makeup, with the aim of helping each client feel confident in how their makeup looks.

The studio books makeup for a range of events: bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, family and graduation portraits, professional headshots, photo shoots, nights out with friends, and date nights. Appointments happen at the studio or at a spot the client picks. Foundation can be applied with an airbrush or by hand, and Winged Out Beauty lashes can be added to any look. Lessons are also available, including an at-home session that covers personal shopping and, if wanted, skincare, plus a private one-on-one bridal makeup class.

Permanent makeup covers brows, eyeliner and lips. Every brow begins with an in-depth mapping and analysis so the shape suits the face and personal style. Microblading is available with or without shading, and there is an ombre or combo brow. The powder brow places tiny dots of pigment by machine and suits clients with more mature or oily skin, large pores, or a fuller look. Lip blushing is offered, and eyeliner can be done as a lash-line liner for a natural look or a smokey liner for a more dramatic one.

Wedding bookings need a retainer and a signed contract to hold the date. Inquiries and trial appointments do not hold a date. Only the bride or the person receiving services can make a wedding inquiry. Travel to a venue requires a minimum of the bride plus four others, and larger weddings may need a second artist for a $200 fee.

All appointments require a credit card to book. Payment is taken by cash, Cash App, Venmo or credit card, with a 3% fee on card payments. Cancellations within 72 hours carry a $100 fee that is credited toward a rescheduled visit, and short-notice cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the full cost. Rebooking after a no-show requires a non-refundable $50 retainer, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling. Permanent makeup is not offered to clients under 18, or to some clients with certain medical conditions or medications, though a doctor's note may be accepted in special cases. Signed consent forms must be completed before any procedure. Healed results are not guaranteed, because aftercare, skin type and pigment retention all affect the outcome, and pigment placed under the skin is permanent.
