The salon offers hair color, from root retouches to partial and full dimension and full-day total transformations, along with haircuts, barbered short cuts, curly cuts with a style lesson, fringe and neck trims, and styling. Smoothing treatments include the Brazilian Blowout and a keratin treatment. Hair extensions are available in Bellami and Aqua Beaded-Weft styles, and Lucky Locks hair sparkles are sold by strand count. Brow and lash services, face, body and leg waxing, and skincare treatments such as facials, microdermabrasion and chemical peels are also on the menu.

Color appointments follow a consultation with the chosen stylist. The consultation covers a patch test and, for blonding, a test strand. Vivid colors, color corrections, total transformations and extension services also require a consultation before booking. A credit card is needed to reserve, and it is charged when the service is finished. Guests are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Minors aged 17 or under need a parent or guardian at the consultation. Children not receiving services wait in the lobby with another adult.

Pricing varies by technique, the products needed, and the stylist's experience and advanced education. Prices do not differ by gender. The salon accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Guests are encouraged to see different stylists on the team, and newer stylists go through an apprenticeship with continuing education and guidance.

The salon tailors its services to each guest, aiming for results that last beyond the visit. The team values collaboration and education over competition.
