Treatment is planned around the individual. Ginny Okada, the owner and esthetician, builds a customized program for each client's skin condition and explains each treatment along with the at-home care to follow. New clients can start with a free 15-minute video consultation.

Visits run on a tight schedule: clients are asked to arrive on time, since a session starting 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled. A 48-hour cancellation notice is requested, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $75 fee. Prices can change, so the esthetician confirms the price before a service begins, and detailed pricing is available from the salon. Tips can be added when paying by credit card, and gift certificates come in several amounts.

Le Mieux professional skin care is sold in the salon and through Le Mieux online. The Oh My Glow serum and activator are part of the Oxygen Infusion Facial.
