Hair services cover haircuts for children, men and women, including the Signature Layers cut. Color options include balayage, highlights, babylights, ombre, color extraction, full color, retouches, root touch ups and toner or color glaze, and a blow dry is included with cuts and color. The salon says Plex Forte makes hair up to 5.6 times stronger. Hair extensions are offered as Microbeads and Tape-In, and both require a consultation before booking.

Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or by an off-site glam team. In-salon bride hair styling is $250 and bride makeup is $265, with trial prices of $150 and $165. Off-site services need a minimum party of four and a travel fee per stylist. A hair trial is recommended for any veil, headpiece or extensions planned for the day, and a makeup trial at least three months before the event. A non-refundable deposit secures a wedding date, and dates are booked in person up to a year ahead. The salon also styles for quinceaneras and prom or dances, and salon hours can be extended for special events.

Online booking requires an account and a deposit, and returning clients are recognized when they log in. Same-day appointments are made by calling or texting, and some appointment types are only handled by phone or text. Clients who opt in to SMS receive reminders and updates.
